We've had a few good photos come in from around the traps, it's been good to see what people have been up to seeing as both Rhys & I haven't been riding much.
A couple of weeks before Christmas I broke my Lunate & Scafoid bones in my wrist & have got another 4 weeks to go before the cast comes off. No fun.

As for Rhys, I'll let him tell it -
'I had a nasty fall at Pambula skatepark, knocking myself out cold. The park was empty & when I came to - maybe up to 20 minutes later, some ambulance guys were there along with some passers-by that just happened to stop at the park for whatever reason at 8.30 at night. Then the next time I woke up I was in hospital. I pretty much fell 8ft straight to my head & my wife, kids & myself are really glad I had my helmet on. Basically I just crashed doing a manual - I was going pretty fast & was trying to manual to drop off into a lower quarter & I guess hung front wheel. Second run in the park. It's taken me until just the last few days to start feeling normal & so I can't begin to think of what could've happened had I not had a helmet on.'

Rhysty, banged up.

Jared Carter sent this over of our friend Junior going so high at Five Dock it almost doesn't look real.

Joe & Grant came to visit from the UK & hang out with us last year, they are both real good blokes & well into trails, Joe sent us through some photos of some jumps they helped fix up in QLD.

Grant shredding the fruits of his labour.

While we're on the subject of trails & awesome dudes, Hugh Andrew from Tasmania sent through this photo of his piece of fun out in the middle of a forest. Hugh also sent us a through a copy of last years South BMX's 'Two Wheels & Pub Meals' DVD & I've got to say it was one of the best vids I've seen in a while. If you can get your hands on it do so - good filming & editing & a huge amount of spots I've never seen before with dudes that kill all of them. Hugh has a section on it & it's my personal favourite. If you can't find it, hit up Highroller BMX in Launceston for a copy.

Mark Price from Orange sent in this random one of a bunch of bikes packed in to a Laser, with the passenger seat free. If anyone out there has a photo like this with more bikes, send it in.

This is going to get so sideways. We built this up for Josh Stead, who you might remember from our last news post killing Nasty's yard.
