COVID-19 Updates for Back Bone BMX Shop Canberra

We are committed to help keep BMX riders on their bikes during these uncertain times.

*Updated 13.10.21*

A.C.T. is currently in lockdown until 12.01am 15 October 2021.

Because of this, we are providing support and service through our online store only.

From 15/10/21 to 29/10/21, our shopfront will be following under these guidelines:

Non-Essential Retail

  • Can operate click and collect or click and deliver services with no more than ten staff permitted to be in the business at any one time, or one person per four square metres whichever is lesser
  • Non-Essential Retail can also permit up to two people from the same household (this limit does not apply to children under 12 years of age) into a store at any one time, by booked appointments.

If you would like to visit our physical shopfront, you'll need to make a booking, with only 2 people from the same household (not including children under 12) allowed in the store at the same time.

Shipping update for COVID-19

We have just learnt of serious delays with shipping within the state of Victoria, as well as some other regions in Australia. This is due to circumstances outside of our control concerning most all freight companies. At this stage, delivery timeframes are sometimes delayed by up to fourteen days, depending on the area.

We thank you for your patience and support with us at this time, while we are working with drastically reduced staff, we are working harder than ever to get your orders out as fast as possible.

As an independent, small business, we appreciate your support!

Appropriate COVID-19 safety measures are in place to ensure the highest standard of care with your order leaving us.
