Club Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. By joining our Club Back Bone membership program, you are agreeing to our full Terms and Conditions below.

    You are opting in to receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications from Back Bone BMX about Club Back Bone. We're not going to spam you with marketing! Back Bone BMX will only contact you about subjects and communications relating to Club Back Bone, unless you've also subscribed to our standard Back Bone BMX shop communications list.

    Please note when opting out via the unsubscribe link within Back Bone BMX Club Back Bone promotional emails, you are opting out from email marketing only. When opting out of Back Bone BMX SMS communications via the opt-out reply function, you are opting out of SMS marketing only. To opt-out of mail or all other marketing, please send us an email club@backbonebmx.com.au to opt-out.
  2. Membership in Club Back Bone is subject to acceptance of the application. Membership is only established on receipt and acceptance of the original application of the member by Back Bone BMX and is not transferable. Back Bone BMX may refuse any application at their discretion. Club Back Bone members acknowledge and agree that all decisions relating to Club Back Bone rests solely with Back Bone BMX and its decision is final.
  3. To be eligible for Club Back Bone member benefits and member pricing in-store you must identify yourself as a Back Bone BMX Club Back Bone member before purchase by providing your Club Back Bone membership card or email address to verify against your membership account.
  4. Club Back Bone member discounts do not apply to labour, gift cards and freight.
  5. Club Back Bone membership will automatically renew 1 year from membership purchase date. If payment is declined, Back Bone BMX will retry payment method 7 days from renewal date. If declined, payment attempts will be attempted a total of 3 times, every 7 days. If after 3 unsuccessful payments, membership has not been renewed, membership will be cancelled.
  6. Any Club Back Bone membership purchase and subsequent renewals is the full responsibility of the purchaser, including memberships made on behalf of the member recipient, which includes under 18 members.
  7. Back Bone BMX in its sole discretion can at all times: (i) change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions; (ii) change, amend, vary, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer offered to Members; (iii) exclude a member from, or cancel a member’s membership in, the Program, without prior notice and without prior notice to a member.
  8. Back Bone BMX gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Program. Back Bone BMX may, in its absolute discretion, at any time cancel Club Back Bone in whole (or in part) upon reasonable notice (“reasonable notice” being no less than one week).
  9. Members will be taken to have received notice of any changes to these Terms and Conditions if Back Bone BMX notifies the member of the change by any method including, but not limited to the use of email and or posting details of the changes on the Back Bone BMX website.
  10. If a member is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, then Back Bone BMX may cancel an individual’s membership with the Program, and any member whose membership is cancelled may no longer access promotional offers or any other related benefits.
  11. Privacy: Back Bone BMX will not share any member’s personal information with anyone unless written consent is obtained from the member. Back Bone BMX collects the member’s personal information in order to operate Club Back Bone. If this information is not provided then the member may not participate in the program. By making an application, unless otherwise advised, the member consents and authorises Back Bone BMX to use this personal information for the purpose of conducting the Program. In addition, this personal information and any other information that is obtained via Club Back Bone may be used by Back Bone BMX, for future marketing, promotional, research, product development and planning purposes in any form of media (including without limitation to communications made via ‘electronic messages’ as defined in the SpamAct 2003).
